Wisdom Gate Foundation Inc. was officially incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in the State of California on September 9, 2025. The Foundation was established with the mission to advance consciousness education, contemplative arts, cross-cultural dialogue, and community wellness — with plans to develop the Wisdom Gate Center, a major civic campus planned for Los Angeles' Koreatown.

The Foundation's founding Board of Directors and inaugural committee chairs were formally constituted at this time, bringing together expertise spanning finance, education, mindfulness, the arts, and civic leadership.

The Internal Revenue Service has granted Wisdom Gate Foundation Inc. official 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, recognizing the Foundation as a public charity effective December 29, 2025. All donations made to Wisdom Gate Foundation are now fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

This designation affirms the Foundation's commitment to public benefit and enables the full launch of its fundraising, grant-seeking, and programmatic activities. The Foundation's EIN and determination letter are available upon request for institutional donors and grant-makers.

Wisdom Gate Foundation will announce its inaugural 2026 program calendar, including partner venue details, registration information, and event schedules for the Spring 2026 season. All community programs will be offered free of charge.

Wisdom Gate Foundation will open its Founding Membership program, inviting Los Angeles residents to become charter members of the Foundation community. Membership tiers from $100/year will provide priority program access, exclusive event invitations, and permanent recognition in the Foundation's inaugural archive.
